We had a communication issue over the weekend. I had booked a flight to come purchase a vehicle but it was sold over the weekend. He owner gave me a call to apologize and reimbursed my flight for my inconvenience. Disappointed I wasn’t able to get the beautiful vehicle but extremely impressed with the commitment to customer service!

Picked up a 2015 Silverado 2500 for our business. Had a couple of hiccups with the truck upon delivery but Frank and the team stood behind it and got everything fixed. I live in Denver. I bought a truck from American Trucks. the whole process was very smooth, the truck was just how they said it would be ( in great shape !), they handled shipping too all the way to Denver...through a snow storm, so thats why the trucks a little dirty 🙂 great job guys !
